How to make many number plates at once
- Download the template, or use your own sheet with columns for district, class, series and number.
- Upload the CSV or Excel file, or paste the rows into the box.
- Check the table. Fix any row marked “Needs fixing” right there, or remove it.
- Pick the plate style once for the whole list.
- Download print sheets for A4, A3 or your own paper size, or a ZIP of single PDF, SVG or PNG files, plus DXF, EPS and PLT for cutting machines.
What should the CSV or Excel file look like?
Use one row per plate with columns for district, class, series and number. Vehicle, side, Metro and copies are optional.

Headers can be in English or Bangla (for example জেলা, শ্রেণি, সিরিজ, নম্বর), in any order. Without a header row, use the template's column order.
Questions from sign shops
How many number plates can I make at once?
Up to 500 rows per list. Each row can have up to 10 copies on the print sheets, and one sheets PDF holds up to 1,000 plates.
Can I upload an Excel file?
Yes. Upload the .xlsx file as it is, or save it as CSV UTF-8. Old .xls files need to be saved as .xlsx first. Only the first sheet is read.
Why does a row say the number needs 4 digits?
Excel drops leading zeros, so 0123 becomes 123. Format the series and number columns as Text before you type, or fix the row in the table.
Do the plates follow BRTA's size rule?
Yes. Each plate is made the same way as in the single plate maker: 285 × 50 mm for motorcycles and 200 × 100 mm for scooters, with Bangla letters at least 20 mm tall.
How do I print the sheets at the right size?
Print at 100% (Actual size), not “Fit to page”. Then measure the ruler on page 1. If it isn't 50 mm, the printer changed the size.
What paper sizes can I use?
A4, A3 or any custom size from 100 to 1,600 mm, for wide-format printers and vinyl cutters. The tool picks the paper direction that needs fewer pages.
Is my customer list uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read and every plate is drawn in your browser. Nothing leaves your device.
